While the estate, located in a bucolic area of Lafayette, was built in 2015, the new homeowners wanted to make it their own. They hired Alward Construction, architect Amber Evans, and designer Lisa Kanning. The home has a neutral material palette, formal living and dining rooms, and a casual family room with a gourmet kitchen. A room for the family dogs features custom millwork with enclosed beds.
