This 1920s Berkeley Bungalow with a bonus cottage at the rear of the property received a two-story addition and complete makeover, including foundation and landscaping. Modern finishes replaced the rustic ones: the living room's monolithic black fireplace, sleek kitchen cabinetry, and metal interior railing with a hand-made oak cap. Whimsical touches include cloud and moon ceiling fixtures, de Gournay's Chinoiserie wallpaper, and graphic patterned Fireclay Tile.
