Twin Peaks' Midtown Terrace is a Mid-Century dream, with over 800 single-family homes built between 1955 and 1965. Alward Construction worked on the renovation of a two-level terrace house with Koami Architecture, blending California and Japanese design. The hillside residence featured a void underneath the second floor. Koami and Alward converted the space into a bright family room shielded from the street by a slatted wood panel.
