A three-level Queen Anne Victorian off of tree-lined Lake Street offers the best of urban life. Alward Construction and Gast Architects remodeled the exuberant house to highlight its exterior details and interior architecture while modernizing it for the 21st century. The main floor's open-concept floor plan includes the family room, designer kitchen, and dining room. The team installed new finishes, fixtures, and systems throughout the home.
