Fire destroyed this Usonian Style Frank Lloyd Wright home in 1994. Wright designed the original Orinda estate in 1948 for Maynard and Katherine Buehler. Alward Construction meticulously rebuilt the original residence using the same materials, including old-growth clear redwood, Cherokee Red concrete, copper fascia, perforated boards for bathroom windows, and eave lightboxes. The house wraps around a serene koi pond.
